We do not own, house, or manage the animals listed. Responsibility for all animal listings lies with the individual shelters.
3. User Accounts

To access certain features (e.g., applying to adopt a dog, uploading dogs as a shelter), you must create an account using a valid email or Google login.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login details.
4. Shelter Listings

Shelters must only upload dogs currently in their care and commit to updating availability in a timely manner.

Any false or misleading information may result in account removal.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Misrepresent your identity or intent.

Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

Use the site for commercial purposes outside of adoption.
6. Payments and Subscriptions

Shelters using paid plans agree to recurring billing per their selected tier.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via the account settings, but no refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.
7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are owned by Adopt A Dog UK unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the outcome of any adoption, animal behaviour, or shelter conduct.

The platform is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, especially in cases of policy abuse or fraudulent use.
10. Changes to Terms
